Conference Producer/Event Content Manager

Job Description:

• Identify and invite local and overseas key speakers, stakeholders, and VIPs
• Handle conference logistic arrangements for VIPs and speakers
• Attend industry events for networking
• Plan and develop conference agendas
• Create content strategies aligned with company goals and target audience
• Research and analyze financial market trends, FinTech/Web3/ESG/AI knowledge
• Maintain relationships with speakers and key stakeholders
• Perform other duties as directed by the line manager.

Requirement :

• 5+ years of relevant experience in conference/event agenda writing
• Event management/project management experience
• Excellent communication and coordination skills, adept at approaching new speakers/VIPs
• Bachelor's degree in Journalism, Event Management, Marketing Business, or related field
• Experience in inviting speakers and managing their logistics, Strong analytical skills
• Confident and friendly, prioritizes VIP and speaker experience
• Outgoing personality, enjoys networking and meeting new people within the industry, Thrives under pressure and strives to exceed expectations
• Fluent in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin
• Interest in Web3, Technology, FinTech, Finance industry, and trends
