Content Manager (Conference/Event background)

Job description :

• Identify and invite key speakers, stakeholders, and VIPs for conferences
• Conduct research and analysis on current financial market trends, FinTech/Web3/ESG/AI
• Plan and develop conference agendas
• Attend industry events for networking purposes
• Maintain relationships with speakers and stakeholders
• Manage logistic arrangements for VIPs and speakers
• Perform additional duties as directed by the line manager

 

Requirement:

• Bachelor degree in Journalism/ Event Management/ Marketing Business or related field
• Experience in inviting speakers and handling speakers' logistics is a Must
• Experience in event management/ project management
• Interest in Web3/Technology/FinTech/Finance Industry and trends
• 5+ years of relevant working experience in conference/ event agenda writing is a Must
• Outgoing, enjoy meeting new people and building networks within the industry
• International exposure is a plus
• Working experience in startups/ small team
• Fluency in English
• Excellent in both English and Chinese business writing
