Responsibilities
1. Based on the understanding of e-commerce business and products, combined with massive data, plan analysis ideas, build an effective indicator analysis system, conduct thematic analysis and data modeling, output insights with commercial value, and promote implementation 2. Based on the core data of the business, complete relevant data analysis, strategy iteration and data infrastructure to solve business pain points 3. In-depth understanding of the business, cultivate keen industry insights, proactively learn internal and external data and different research methods, and continuously summarize, refine and iteratively analyze Methodology, co-constructed with partners, lays down analytical methods at the bottom, improves analysis efficiency, improves data infrastructure, and helps rapid business growth.
Qualifications
1. Mathematics, statistics, data mining, machine learning, computer, economics and other related backgrounds, those with interdisciplinary background are preferred 2. Proficient in using SQL, familiar with common analysis methods and indicator construction methods 3. Experience in data analysis, among which candidates with business analysis experience with a global analysis perspective and driving business to obtain significant benefits are preferred 4. Good logical thinking Ability, excellent analysis and problem-solving skills, and passion for challenging problems 5. Experience in data cleaning, analysis, and modeling with R/Python, and familiarity with big data-related components such as Hadoop/Spark/Hive will be preferred 6. Applicants with statistical analysis background are preferred, and those with machine learning experience are preferred.
