Deputy Financial Controller

Responsibilities:

• Implement system flow, accounting and internalcontrol policies according to company guidelines and requirements;

• Shape and drive the implementation of the company financial strategy including cost control, delivery of forecasts, monthly management accounts;

• Ensure financial control is maintained and efficiencies are achieved with existing financial system, processes and procedures, including internal control, risk management, corporate governance requirement;

• Focus on daily operations with all financial matters within your responsible plants;

• Perform ad hoc projects 

Requirements:

• Diploma or above;

• At least 5 years accounting experience at managerial level;

• Previous experience in manufacturing industry is a must;

• Strong sense on cost control and business mind;

• Demonstratestrong accounting conceptand familiar with Hong Kong and PRC accounting standards, taxation, customs, banking, legal and government regulations and practices;

• Able to supervise a sizable team and manage of full set of manufacturing accounts and accounting system development;

• Excellent coordination, supervisory and management skills;

• Good communication and sound analytical skills;

• Station in PRC/Overseas, with stationed experience is an advantage.
