Founded in 1992, China Resources Enterprise Limited is a Hong Kong flagship subsidiary of China Resources Group. CR Enterprise is specialized in integrated consumer products and retailing services. CR Logistics was first established as Far East Enterprising Company (HK) Limited in Hong Kong in 1948. Currently, CR Logistics has nine dry warehousing facilities and two cold storage buildings with a total storage area of nearly 4 million square feet, a multi-function container wharf, and a transportation fleet for container haulage and local distribution. In addition, it runs self-built warehouses, docks, and transportation information systems. In Beijing, Shenzhen, Guangzhou, and Qingdao, it has more than 2 million square feet of modern warehouses in total.

Founded in 2002, CRE Properties Hong Kong Limited manages around 630,000 square feet of leased retail properties -- mainly nine commercial properties located in Hong Kong’s core business districts such as Causeway Bay, Tsim Sha Tsui, Mong Kok, and Tsuen Wan. Its subsidiary Yongdali Property Management Co., Ltd provides excellent property management services, managing more than 2 million square feet of properties in Hong Kong. With its distribution business aimed at providing Chinese consumers with abundant and high-quality products, CR Enterprise will do its best to deliver good products through good channels. In Hong Kong, CR Enterprise is a competitive and experienced comprehensive distributor in food. On the Chinese Mainland, it relies on more than 3,500 directly operated supermarkets and stores for cooperative sales, with a distribution system of 40-plus supermarkets and stores.

Responsibilities職責

1. 開發、維護、審查和改善食品安全、環境和職業健康管理系統。
2. 對中央廚房和商店進行例行EHS和品質審核
3. 安排實驗室測試、進行申訴調查、安排EHSQ相關活動等。
4. 協助實施政策、指南和程序，確保整個生產過程符合公司標準。
5. 對員工進行EHS培訓，強化安全管控
6. 維持HACCP 認證
7. 分析並報告與EHS相關的關鍵績效指標
8. 支援行政工作
9. 履行經理指定的其他職責

1. Develop, maintain, review and improve food safety, environmental & occupational health management systems.
2. Conduct routine EHS and Quality audit for Central Kitchen and Stores
3. Arrangement Lab test, conduct complaint investigation, arrange EHSQ related activities etc.
4. Assist to implement the policies, guidelines and procedures to ensure the whole production process complies with company standards.
5. Conduct the EHS training for employees to strengthen the safety control
6. Maintain the HACCP Certification
7. Analyse and report key performance index related to EHS
8. Support administrative work
9. Perform other duties as assigned by the Manager

Requirements要求

1. 食品科學/食品安全 相關的大專或以上程度
2. 0-2年食物安全控制相關經驗
3. 精通英語、粵語、國語
4. 熟悉 MS 應用程序，例如 excel、power point、word 等
5. 良好的協作和解決問題的能力以及良好的團隊合作精神
6. 了解食品安全管理體系，如 HACCP 和 ISO 22000 以及食品法者優先
7. 熱衷於學習的態度

1. Tertiary education in Food Science/ Food Safety
2. 0-2 years relevant Quality assurance experience in F&B industry
3. Proficiency in English & Cantonese, Mandarin
4. Familiar with MS applications e.g. excel, power point, word, etc.
5. Good Collaboration & problem-solving Skills and Good team player
6. Knowledge of food Safety Management System, like, HACCP and ISO 22000 and food laws are preferred
7. Keen to learn attitude
