12 Career provides comprehensive career consulting service that offers personalised guidance and support to help individuals find their ideal career path and navigate workplace dynamics effectively. Responsibilities: - Develop and manage the annual event calendar for the organisation - Plan all logistical details for events including venue selection, catering, audiovisual, registration, etc. - Coordinate with internal stakeholders (consulting team, marketing, etc.) to define event objectives, target audience, and event agenda - Promote events through various marketing channels to drive attendance - Manage event registration, check-in, and on-site logistics on the day of the event - Oversee vendors and suppliers to ensure successful event execution - Collect and analyse post-event data and feedback to continually improve events - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices for event management Required Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in event management, hospitality, marketing or a related field - 2-3 years of experience in event planning, preferably in a professional services or career development setting - Excellent project management, organizational, and multitasking skills - Strong communication and interpersonal abilities to interact with diverse stakeholders - Creative problem-solving skills and attention to detail - Proficient with event management software and MS Office suite If you would like to have a further discussion about this role, please contact us at .
