• New Vietnam factory : button manufacturing plant
• Main customers : international fashion brands & apparel companies
• We are looking for Factory General Manager (station Vietnam) - with details as follows :

The Job :

• Report to Regional CEO 
• Fully responsible for managing a new button factory in Vietnam
• Oversee manufacturing operations in Vietnam factory
• Ensure that production runs smoothly, efficiently, and safely. 
• Manage a team of workers and work closely with other departments to ensure that products are manufactured to the highest quality standards.
• Oversee all aspects of the manufacturing process, including production planning, scheduling, and quality control
• Manage a team of workers, including hiring, training, and performance management
• Ensure that all safety protocols are followed and that the factory is in compliance with all relevant regulations
• Work closely with other departments, such as engineering and logistics, to ensure that products are manufactured to the highest quality standards
• Monitor production metrics and make adjustments as needed to improve efficiency and reduce waste
• Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve production processes and reduce costs
• Manage inventory levels and ensure that raw materials and finished products are stored and handled properly
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to ensure that production meets customer demand
• Tertiary education
• 5+ years of experience in manufacturing / factory / production management for button or garment trims
• Good communication skills in English & Vietnamese
• Knowledge of manufacturing processes and quality control standards
• Experience with inventory management and supply chain logistics
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
• Work based in Vietnam factory located in Ho Chi Minh City
• 5 days work
