1. Establish a national quality management control point to be responsible for the quality control of the entire chain of products ① Have the ability to independently organize and carry out professional knowledge training on fruits and vegetables, and collaborate on quality training from the headquarters to subsidiaries ② Have risk management awareness: predict the quality risks of categories in the chain process such as suppliers, warehouses, processing, and stores, and discover common problems to promote chain improvement and control capabilities 2. Ability to deploy category quality in advance: ① Develop standard process systems and training knowledge from suppliers-logistics-stores, and output deployment plans for national promotion ②Execution verification and correction capability of the deployment plan 3. Establish a supplier management and control system: ①Inspection rules ②Inspection manual ③Supplier processing capacity assessment and risk audit ④Supplier audit evaluation result verification capability 4. Establish internal and external collaboration capabilities: ①Output commodity acceptance standard opinions ②Operation, store, warehouse full-link linkage headquarters, region (procurement, store, logistics) regular special project implementation capability Responsible for the results: ①Responsible for the quality of consumer goods ②Responsible for building a standardized system for quality management precipitation and operation ③Responsible for improving the level of quality management supplier capacity building
Job Requirements
1. Bachelor degree or above, food and agriculture related majors are preferred 2. More than 7 years of quality management work experience, with food and drug supervision, local food safety regulatory agencies, professional consulting companies quality management or food safety management experience is preferred 3. Proficient in national quality, food safety, e-commerce related laws and regulations 4. Excellent quality management awareness, and a deep understanding of quality systems such as HACCP, ISO22000 development and implementation. Quality and safety system auditor certificate is preferred 5. Strong logic, capable of formulating a whole set of group quality management system or optimizing the existing system, and experience in quality management system construction projects is preferred 6. Outgoing personality, strong teamwork ability, strong tolerance, willingness to share, performance-oriented and achievement-driven, and excellent internal and external communication skills.
