1. Responsible for building the self-operated store distribution operation management system to ensure efficient and standardized distribution work and improve the overall efficiency of distribution 2. Through process optimization , formulate and implement standards to ensure the smooth operation of various data and ensure good operational quality and customer experience 3. Responsible for the implementation of various policies, systems, and training to ensure effectiveness and unified standards 4. Responsible for refining distribution operation management systems and operations Standardize, establish an internal control and supervision system, and reduce operational risks 5. Responsible for formulating annual, quarterly and monthly operation plans for managing stores, and leading the team to achieve distribution goals 6. Responsible for monitoring and analyzing daily operational data in all aspects of store distribution, and providing guidance Receive rectification opinions and supervise their implementation to ensure that the quality and efficiency of distribution work meet the requirements of the company and customers 7. Responsible for distribution team building and management talent training, starting from personnel recruitment, training, reserve, and motivation, to build a distribution team with first-class combat effectiveness and execution capabilities 8. Communicate across departments and maintain friendly relationships while completing tasks.
Job Requirements
1. At least 5 years of management experience in large-scale express delivery, logistics or e-commerce industries 2. Have experience in grassroots work, currently at the manager level or above 3. Good at leading a team and improving team cohesion and combat effectiveness 4. Have certain innovation ability 5. Pay attention to detail management and have a strong sense of responsibility 6. Priority will be given to those with experience in the same position in SF Express, Deppon, JD.com and other companies
