Job Description - HR & Admin Executive

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for all C&B matters, including shop and office payroll calculation, MPF, insurance, taxation, final payment calculation, etc.
  • Maintain up-to-date employee records in HR systems, related data intelligence as well as P-files.
  • Prepare reports on HR metrics such as attrition rate, leave calculation, talent demographics for management analysis.
  • Maintain HRIS system and participate in HRIS system implementation.
  • Support on & offboarding logistics, staff attendance, year-end review administration, transfer, promotions, and employee data management.
  • Assist HR Manager on recruitment related matters such as job posting, arranging interviews, interview record maintenance etc.
  • Provide office administrative support to all staff.
  • Participate in any ad hoc HR tasks as required.

Requirements:

  • Degree holder with 3 years’ or above related experience with a focus in C&B.
  • Retail, hospitality or logistics industries background is preferred.
  • Experience in end-to-end payroll management is a must.
  • Well versed in employment ordinance, MPF and taxation legislations.
  • Details-minded and able to work under pressure.
  • Strong numerical sense and analytical skills.
  • Excellent MS office & Excel skills. Good command of English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
