Human Resources Officer

Our client, an international law firm is urgently looking for a HR Officer to join their office in Admiralty. Job Responsibilities:

• Provide full spectrum of HR administrative and recruitment duties
• Handle MPF, employee compensation and office administrative duties
• Responsible for graduate recruitment programme for local and overseas
• Prepare documents and reports to The Law Society
• Assist in preparing work visa applications and liaise with HK Immigration Department
• Update HR system and personnel database
• Assisting in training programme logistics

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor degree holder with at least 2 year HR experience within law firms
• Good knowledge in handling The Law Society related documentation
• Fluent English is highly recommended
• Exposure in C&B is a plus
• Immediately available is a definite adavantage
