They are currently looking an IT Business Analyst to join the team. It will play a crucial role in bridging the gap between users and the IT department, facilitating effective communication and collaboration to enhance our enterprise systems. Applicants will be responsible for analyzing business processes, gathering requirements, and translating them into actionable solutions that align with the organizational goals. This position requires strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills, as well as a deep understanding of enterprise systems and their functionalities.

Job Description

• Collaborate with users and stakeholders to understand business processes, system requirements, and enhancement needs.
• Conduct thorough analysis of existing enterprise systems, identifying areas for improvement and enhancement opportunities.
• Gather and document detailed business requirements, functional specifications, and use cases.
• Translate business requirements into clear and concise technical requirements for the IT department.
• Work closely with the IT team to ensure accurate implementation of system enhancements and changes.
• Conduct feasibility studies and impact analyses to assess the risks, costs, and benefits of proposed system enhancements.
• Perform process mapping and gap analysis to identify areas of improvement and recommend solutions.
• Facilitate meetings, workshops, and interviews with users and stakeholders to elicit requirements and gather feedback.
• Create and maintain project documentation, including business process flows, requirements traceability matrices, and user manuals.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication and coordination throughout the system enhancement lifecycle.
• Provide end-user support, including training, troubleshooting, and issue resolution.

The Successful Applicant

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Business Analyst or similar role, preferably in a technology-driven organization.
• Strong understanding of enterprise systems, such as ERP, CRM, or HRIS.
• Proficient in requirements gathering techniques, process modeling, and use case development.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and propose innovative solutions.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience with project management methodologies and tools.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., CBAP, PMI-PBA) are a plus.
