IT Support Officer/ IT Officer

Our client is a sizable multinational company with attractive benefits is urgently looking for the following positions :

Positions : IT Support Officer /IT Officer (Technical Support) Salary : Negotiable (Deps on experience) Benefits : 5 days job attractive benefits Requirements :

• Degree holder is preferable, major in Computer Science, Information Technology or related discipline
• At least 2 yrs or above experience in IT operations
• Technical support exp in sizable or multinational companies is preferable 
• Gained experience in configuration and support of Windows 11 and MAC IOS
• Strong analytical and problem solving skill with good sense of risk management
• Fluent spoken & written in English & Chinese including Mandarin (important)
• Energetic, Smart, Stable, Pleasant, Active (important) 
• Immediate Available is an advantage

Responsibilities :  

• Responsible for the smooth running of computer systems and ensuring users get maximum benefits from them.
• Install and configure computer hardware operating systems and applications.
• Monitor and maintain computer systems and networks 
• Diagnosing hardware and software faults and solve technical and application problems
• Troubleshoot system and network problems, diagnosing and solving hardware or software faults.
• Provide support on procedural documentation and drafting of relevant reports.
• Support the roll-out and Implementation of new software applications.
• Set up new users' accounts and profiles and deal with password issues.
• Respond within agreed time limits to call-outs.
• Test and evaluate new technology.
• Setup and monitor FTP folder access.
• Data Mining: Check data server and perform clean-up and archiving.
• Manage and monitor application license allocation.
• Provide end-user support for users with computer issues.
