Our client is a sizable multinational architect & deisgn studio with attractive benefits is urgently looking for the following positions :

Salary : $23,000-27,000/Negotiable (Deps on experience)

Benefits : 5 days job attractive benefits  Requirements : 

• Degree holder is preferable, major in Computer Science, Information Technology or related discipline
• At least 2 yrs or above experience in IT support operations
• Technical support exp in sizable or multinational companies is preferable 
• Gained experience in configuration and support of Windows 10 and MAC IOS
• Strong analytical and problem solving skill with good sense of risk management
• Fluent spoken & written in English (most important) & Mandarin 
• Energetic, Smart, Stable, Pleasant, Active 
• Immediate Available is highly preferable

Responsibilities : 

• Install and configure computer hardware operating systems and applications.
• Monitor and maintain computer systems and networks 
• Diagnosing hardware and software faults and solve technical and application problems
• Troubleshoot system and network problems, diagnosing and solving hardware or software faults.
• Support the roll-out and Implementation of new software applications.
• Set up new users' accounts and profiles and deal with password issues.
• Data Mining: Check data server and perform clean-up and archiving.
• Manage and monitor application license allocation.
• Provide end-user support for users with computer issues.
