In line with their strategic direction and business objectives, they are currently seeking a new Learning and Development Manager to join their HR team.
Responsibilities:
Reporting to Senior Manager- Learning & Development, as well as working closely with Head of Human Resources, you will have a critical impact on enabling individuals to enhance their skills and contribute to the overall success of the company. You will work closely with employees to help them maximize learning opportunities and support their career development.
You will collaborate with the HR and business teams to design and implement effective learning strategies and programs. Your strong project management skills will be valuable, as you will need to handle multiple work streams while maintaining a high level of attention to detail.
You will be responsible for assessing the effectiveness of these initiatives and ensuring they align with the company's objectives. You will have the responsibility of managing the budget allocated for learning and development activities, ensuring that resources are utilized efficiently and effectively.
