Job Description :
Order Processing
- Process customer purchase order.
- Issue purchase order to supplier, follow up order/shipment status with supplier to ensure on time delivery of raw material /ingredient/finished product.
- Coordinate with forwarder and shipping company for ingredient/finished product shipment.
- Collect all necessary shipping documents from supplier according to different jurisdiction requirement.
- Prepare full set shipping document to customer.
- Follow up with supplier, QA team and/or Technical on all pre-shipment sample status. Get final release notice for every ingredient order.
- Prepare and submit BOM/Kit and material code request for raw material /ingredient/finished product.
Inventory Management
- Inventory record reconciliation.
- Ensure accuracy of inventory record.
Customer Service
- Handle customer enquiry.
- Handle customer complain.
- Maintain strong and tight relationship with customers.
Accounting
- Month End Accounting Procedure
- Inventory Reconciliation Monthly Review
- Follow Up Account Receivable
Requirements and Key Responsibilities :

- Support and perform all-rounded supply chain activities from order processing to shipment delivery
- Managing logistics service providers and proactively drive for continuous operational excellence
- Handle customers enquiry and complaints in a timely manner
- Able to handle full set of shipping documents
- Support ad-hoc assignments and projects
- Prepare monthly reports
Requirements
- Bachelor Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain or related disciplines
- Minimum 3 years of working experience in logistics or supply chain industry
- (Experience in food and beverage or FMCG industry will be an advantage)
- China import/export experience is a plus
- Good knowledge on Incoterms
- Fluent in English, Cantonese & Mandarin
- Strong interpersonal and communication skill
- Outgoing, Energetic, Detail-minded and able to work under pressure
- Hands-on knowledge in SAP and Excel (vlookup & pivot table)
- Immediate available will be an advantage
