Job Description

PRIMARY OBJECTIVE

Stationed in our Tsing Yi Warehouse office, the Logistic Officer will work very closely with 3PL logistics service provider (outsourced warehouse) to ensure timely, accurate and efficient logistics operations.

This person will also assist to ensure all shipping / delivery documents follow SOP guidelines previously agreed with airport security unit

JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Handling of full set of I/E documents and Tradelink declaration
• Work closely with 3PL logistics service providers to ensure timely logistics operations
• Monitor the daily operation at 3PL inbound and outbound
• Monitor warehouse service provider’s KPI performance and support to drive the logistics improvement
• Resolve shipment issues with vendors, forwarders and third party warehouse
• Arrange overseas merchandise return by following the specific regulations of respective destination countries and coordinate with Merchandising team
• Coordinate with Operations team in delivery arrangement / stock return for further handling
• Handling GWP / Brands materials goods shipment coordination
• Ensure sealed vehicles are regularly spot checked and properly recorded and reported to Shilla management team. Recommend improvements/actions to be taken to align with the agreed deliveries to store procedures.
• Monthly forwarder billing invoice follow up and prepare billing reports for management review
• Warehouse stock count supporting
• Assist in any kind of logistics reporting, analysis or administration as assigned by direct supervisor/manager
• 5 day work per week (shift work is required)

KEY REQUIREMENTS & COMPETENCIES

• F.5 graduate or above
• At least 1 year solid experience in logistics supports/operations
• Familiar with Tradelink is an advantage
• SAP knowledge is a plus
• Proficiency in Excel advance skills (pivot table, VLOOKUP..etc)
• Good time management and problem solving skills
• Team player and willing to Learn
• Good command in English and Proficient in Cantonese
