Job description:

  • Mainly maintain existing customer resources, develop new customers, and achieve sales results through face-to-face visits
  • As the main liaison between customers and DHL, maintain close communication with various departments, coordinate internal resources, and ensure that customer questions and problems are reasonably resolved

  • Analyze and manage customer data, understand customer dynamics, proactively help customers meet new challenges, and sell express delivery services and solutions to target customers
  • Assist in researching market trends and effectively carry out price management, customer management, opportunity management, sales behavior management, etc.
