We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Key Account Manager to join our fast-growing team at Tradebeyond. As a Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing and nurturing relationships with our most important clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded. This role requires a strong sales background, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively within a team.
Tasks and responsibilities:
- Manage assigned key clients and cultivate strong working relationships with the assigned key customers to drive customer satisfaction and profit growth
- Responsible for managing clients within specific industries to build expertise and be trusted advisors
- Sell and promote our services and solutions to the corporate clients
- Provide solutions through face to face visits, accounts review and reporting, product forums and other account management activities
- Act as a contact point for key customers and conduct regular review
- Create and implement complex solutions with the use of data and logistics expertise
- Identified root causes for issues and prepare improvement plans
- Support customer retention through pro-active relationship management
- Manage annual contract negotiations and resolving challenges in a skillful way
- Address clients and sales’ feedback to key support functions such as Product and Trade Marketing
Skills and experience:
- Degree or above in any discipline
- Minimum 5 years of experience in freight forwarding / supply chain or related
- Experience in IT business system implementation would be highly preferred
- Excellent customer management skills and leadership
- Knowledge in data analysis / Scrum / Agile is an added advantage
- Experience in developing long term and trusted relationships with corporate clients
- Strong presentation, negotiation and communication skills, with strong business acumen
- Strong communication skills in both written and spoken English and Chinese
- Self-motivated, aggressive and hardworking
- Business travel is required
