Officer / Supervisor

 

Responsibilities

• Handle customer enquiries and complaint
• Communicate with clients and subcontractor for any logistics and shipping enquiries
• Support in warehouse administration issues.
• Perform any special duties or projects as assigned by the supervisor

Requirements

• Associate degree or above
• 3 years’ work experience in Express / logistics Industry
• Strong customer service sense, positive attitude, good communication skills & team player
• Proficiency in written English and Chinese
• Proficiency in using MS Office, MS Excel applications
• FRESH GRADUATE is welcome
• Immediate available is highly preferred
• Working location: Lai Chi Kok or Kwai Chung
