Job Responsibilities :

• Responsible for managing daily tasks and operations in the billing department;
• Develop standard operating procedures (SOPs) and propose improvement plans for operational efficiency and service quality enhancement for Billing department;
• Drive Billing department operational effectiveness and support areas including but not restricted to:
  • Mind map & provide a structured way to organize, break down and consolidate logistic works
  • Maintain effective communication with internal departments to ensure workflows are well developed
  • Develop training materials
  • Coordinate billing arrangements, payments and follow up with relevant documents
  • New staff training
  • Highly organized and methodical in a deadline driven environment and able to handle multi-tasks at the same time
• Good communication skills
• Assist in ad-hoc projects as assigned
• Selected candidate is eligible to receive a gratuity on satisfactory completion of the period of appointment

Job Requirements:

• Degree holder preferable
• Relevant working experience in Medical / Healthcare / Insurance industry is required
• Strong leadership skills with analytical thinking
• Proactive, independent and able to bear work pressure under fast-paced environment
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Good command in spoken and written English and Mandarin
• Immediately available is preferred
