To enhance the efficiency and confidence in the operation of residential homes and to support the talent development of NGOs. The Hong Kong Council of Social Service (HKCSS) is committed to develop new initiatives for the training and development of residential home managers, and also talent acquisition, development, and retention in the social service sector.

Programme Executive (Ref No: HKCSS/027/2024)
Two-year renewable contract

Responsibilities:

• Assist development of gerontechology, rehabilitation and elderly services;
• Work with multi-stakeholders including social welfare and health care professionals, funders and user groups;
• Support implementation of cross-sectoral partnership projects;
• Provide administrative and logistic support for team meetings and activities, etc.

Requirements:

• Diploma holder or above;
• Interested in social service;
• Organized, good team player and fast learner;
• Good communication skills;
• High proficiency in computer applications;
• Work experience in project management or administration will be an advantage.
  

5-day work per week. 15-day annual leave.
