Project Coordinator

Major Roles and Responsibilities

• Coordinate with contractors and liaise with clients, architects and consultants for building / fitting out projects
• Assist Project Manager to ensure site progress in accordance with project schedule
• Manage daily communication among all project related parties
• Prepare, organize and maintain project documentation
• Monitor materials logistics to meet the project programme and proper storage for installation

Requirements

• Higher diploma / Certificate in Building Studies, Electrical / Mechanical Engineering. Less qualification with intensive experiences will also be considered
• At least 2 yrs experiences in building construction / fitting-out projects
• Good communication skills
• Proficient in English and Chinese
• Strong sense of responsibility, commitment with positive working attitude
• Team player who is able to work independently and under pressure
