The Company :

• US garment trims brand owner & manufacturer
• Garment trims : metal snaps, zipper pullers, plastic buckles, cord locks and labels...etc for outdoor sports clothing brands
• Factories : Shenzhen, Shanghai, Vietnam and Europe
• Main market : US and Europe global brands
• We are looking for Project Coordinator - with details as follows :

 

The Job :

• Work in Materials Team of R&D Department 
• Coordinate with and smooth all relevant parties to ensure schedule and milestones of various projects are on track.
• Maintain project update and report to Senior Material Specialist.
• Maintain smoothness of daily administrative work in lab, such documentation, record, logistics, etc.
• Assist other teammates on completing technical tasks if needed.
• Fluent in Cantonese, English, and Mandarin 
• Minimum 3 years relevant experience in technical sales
• Tertiary education preferably in Engineering / Business or related
• Work experience in plastic industry is an advantage.
• Occasional travel to China, Taiwan and Southeast Asia.
• 5 days work (Mon to Fri 9:00am-5:30pm)
• 13 months salary + performance bonus 
• Annual leave : 12 days (1st yr); add one day every year up to maximum 21 days
