A good reputation Event Promotion Company provides with professional and excellent services in the field of Exhibition, Event Marketing & Sales. We are urgently looking for an energetic candidate to join our team to cope with our rapid business growth.

Responsibilities:

• Provide support to the Project Manager
• Assist in project management and coordinate communication with both internal and external parties
• To prepare materials, sourcing & purchasing, manpower and logistic planning for project operation
• Monitor and report projects' progress and budget
• Provide support to the project team and onsite support during move-in/out
• Handle multi-task projects and assist in ad hoc assignments
• Assist in general administrative support on projects basis
• Occasional travel and over-time work are required

Requirements:

• Possess good communication and interpersonal skills
• IVE graduate / Diploma or above in Project Management / Exhibition / Marketing/ Event or equivalent will be an advantage;
• Be able to work independently, mature and hard-working
• Facilitate with Account Servicing & Production Team, Good presentation/ communication skills are preferable
• 1 - 2 years experience in Exhibition / Event Design/ Production House will be an advantage
• Immediate available preferred
