• Associate Degree /Diploma holder or above
• Five passes in HKCEE including English and Chinese or five passes in DSE including English and Chinese at level 3 or above
• Preferable with minimum 2 years of project management, logistic management and customer service experiences
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
• Familiar with mobile app operation, MS Office and Word Processing (Chinese & English)
• Develop, coordinate, and implement food assistance programs, ensuring efficient and impactful support to those in need
• Manage logistics operations and handle general administrative duties, ensuring smooth operations and compliance with relevant regulations
• Build and maintain good customer relations, delivering excellent customer service through proactive, caring, and efficient communication via telephone, email, and digital channels
• Perform ad-hoc duties and projects to achieve overall performance standards, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability to meet organizational goals
