Project Procurement Officer

Currently they're active seeking candidate for Project Procurement Officer position.

Main Duties & Responsibilities:

• Prepare cost estimates for BMS and maintenance contracts; prepare subcontractor and frame agreements.
• Handle subcontractor interviews and assessments, evaluations, recommendations, and awards.
• Work with engineers to establish client requirements and purchase requests.
• Advise engineers on procurement strategy selection and compliance.

Candidates Profile:

• The ideal candidate will have a degree or higher diploma in quantity surveying, engineering, procurement, logistics, or business.
• 2- 3 years of solid experience handling contracts, e-bidding, and request for quotes.
• Strong business orientation, customer focus, and decision-making ability
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills; and fluency in both Cantonese and English.
