Accountant (RE/)

To cope with our expansion, we are inviting high caliber professional for the following position: ACCOUNTANT (RE0424/02)

(Working location: Lai Chi Kok)

Responsibilities:

• Monitor credit control and accounts receivable tasks; 
• Prepare monthly statements of accounts to other branches and customers; 
• Reconciliation and collect outstanding receivables through telephone, emails and/or demand letters;
• Invoice and job files checking; Input job costing and confirmation job completion; 
• Handle monthly payment to others branches and customers; AP posting;
• Prepare long overdue report;
• Handle ad hoc projects as requested by superior

Requirements:

• Diploma or above in accounting 
• LCCI higher / ACCA level 1 or above
• At least 5 years or above with relevant working experience in logistics field is an advantage
• Proficiency in MS Office, Chinese word processing and Flex system
• Proficiency in written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• Excellent communication, organization, analytical and supervisory skills
• Self-motivated, work independently and working under pressure
• Willing to work over-time and to meet tight deadline
• Immediate available is preferred
• Candidates with less experience will be considered as Assistant Accountant
