Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Promote and sell a variety range of building products (such as Aggregate, Cement, River Sand and Green Building Materials etc)
• Explore and develop new business opportunities and potential clients
• Provide technical sales support to clients
• Review, monitor, reconcile, rectify and enhance sales/marketing mechanism to accomplish budgeted annual sales volume and turnover
• Provide timely reports to top management of sales forecast and result analysis, operation performance evaluation and business development
• Handle ad hoc assignments as required

 

Requirements:  

• Higher Diploma in Sales/Marketing/Construction/Engineering or related disciplines
• Minimum 5 years Sales experience in preferably in industries of Building/Construction Materials and Logistics, with 2 years in managerial / supervisory position will be advantage
• Good leadership in team workforce, including but not limited to good skill in customer relationship management and clientile expansion
• Strong analytical thinking and communication skill with customer oriented mindset
• Self-motivated, independent, aggressive, well-organized, flexible and proactove
• Good comman of spoken and written English and Chinese, fluency in Mandarin is an advantage
• Proficient in MS Office is essential
• Driving Licence no. 1 & 2 
• Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant Sales Manager
• Immediate availability is preferred
