Sales Operation Executive

Responsibilities:

• Assist on PSI report, sales forecast, order and delivery management
• Perform direct customer and distributor follow 
• Perform sales operation support with different teams and daily system operation works
• Regular customer visit for existing and new business
• Maintain relationship with valuable customers
• Provide back-end sales support
• Handle ad-hoc duties as assigned by Manager

Requirements:

• Tertiary educated or equivalent
• Basic knowledge in business and logistic flow
• Familiar with MS Office, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese typing
• Good command of both spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• Willing to travel to China when necessary
• 1 to 2 years relevant experience in Japanese firm would be an advantage
• Excellent communication skills and can work under pressure 
• Immediately availability is preferred
