Provide full spectrum of assistance to support the Chairman in mainly secretarial duties;
Handle all travel arrangements and accommodation;
Arrange schedule of appointment, meeting, business and pleasure trips;
Responsible to arrange family event and public events, invite guest, prepare materials and follow up the logistic etc;

Detail-minded, flexible, self-motivated, organised, responsible, responsive and discreet.
2-4 years above - relevant experience for a established employer
Fresh grads will also be considered
Fluent Cantonese, English and Mandarin
Ability to multi-task.
Immediate Availability preferred
