JOB DESCRIPTION (1) Research, analyze and summarize real estate industry statistics
(2) Independently conduct underwriting analysis and establish the different financial model
(3) Support new acquisitions and divestments, including prepare PPT, investment paper and other documentations related, assist in due diligence if required. JOB REQUIREMENTS (1) Bachelor degree or above in finance or relevant majors
(2) Expert-level analytical and financial modeling skills
(3) Advanced knowledge of quantitative analysis using Microsoft Excel
(4) Great presentation skills, and the ability to influence and persuade others
(5) Independently manage multiple tasks, projects and ability to prioritize
(6) Ability to multitask and consistently meet deadlines
(7) Experienced in logistics industry is preferred. But not a must
