Job Description - (Senior) Key Account Manager- Consumer/ Fashion/ E-Com($K up)

Your new company Our client is a leading provider of high-quality consumer and fashion products; they are looking for sales talents for developing a new team to cope with the business expansion.

Role Overview As a Key Account Manager, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining and expanding the business relationship with key client in the eyewear industry. You will be responsible for managing the overall account, fostering strong partnerships, and driving business growth. Your expertise in key account management will be crucial in meeting and exceeding the sales targets and ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction.

Your new role Account Management: Build and nurture strong relationships with key stakeholders, including senior management, sales teams, and marketing personnel. Understand their business goals, challenges, and requirements, and proactively identify opportunities to maximize sales and revenue.

Business Development: Develop and implement strategic account plans to drive business growth, increase market share, and expand product offerings. Identify new business opportunities within the eyewear industry and collaborate with internal teams to develop tailored solutions that meet the company's needs.

Sales and Performance Analysis: Monitor sales performance, analyse market trends, and identify areas for improvement. Develop sales forecasts, track key metrics, and provide regular reports to internal management. Utilize data-driven insights to optimize sales strategies and enhance overall account performance.

Customer Satisfaction: Ensure exceptional customer satisfaction by addressing client inquiries, resolving issues, and providing timely and effective solutions. Collaborate closely with internal teams, including customer service, product development, and logistics, to meet the company's expectations and maintain a high level of service quality.

What you need to succeed

  • Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in key account management, preferably within the Fashion, FMCG, Lifestyle, E-Commerce industry or a related field. Demonstrated success in managing large accounts, driving sales growth, and cultivating long-term partnerships.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to establish rapport, negotiate effectively, and influence key stakeholders.
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets. Strong analytical skills to identify sales opportunities, track performance metrics, and make data-driven decisions. Self-motivated and goal-oriented with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
