To lead and supervise a team to achieve the Service Level Agreement (SLA) in daily operations and the budgeted P&L accounts. Job duties include; but not limited to:

Responsibilities:

• Ability to lead a team of 10-15 drivers and deliveryman, including daily routing plan, urgent orders, support ad hoc operation when necessary
• Assist frontline delivery team depends on operation need such as physical activity and driving light/medium goods vehicle 
• Maintain P&L and achieve annual budget
• Monitor the services quality and ensure operation smoothness
• Control cost and seek opportunities to improve productivity
• Handle incident and complains; including vehicle accident, transportation services complains etc.
• Promote teamwork and team spirit among related business unit
• Prepare managerial report
• Cohere the business unit message among all subordinates
• Plan, execute & review internal / external quality measures (e.g. ISO, DOH)
• Monitor and review asset management system
• Set KPI / SLA with the clients, to monitor, achieve and make improvements
• Comply with the Standard Operating Procedures (SOP)

Job Requirements:

• Degree holder in Supply Chain & Logistics or related discipline, with minimum 5 years' experience in pharmaceutical logistics and at supervisory role
• Hold driving license for light/medium goods vehicle is an added value
• Good project and time management, demonstrate excellent leadership, communication and interpersonal skills 
• Good command in both English & Chinese, including Mandarin
