The position

• Execute daily planning work to ensure planning function run smoothly , job tasks include but not limited to: 执行日常工作以保证计划工作稳定运行,包括但不限于:

Create and maintain proper stock policy, daily control inventory for products. 日常制作及维护合理库存政策,控制产品存货数量。

Guide local planning team and GBS team to ensure effective and precise overall production planning. 日常工作中指导天津和 GBS 计划团队,保证高效的和精确的整体生产计划

• Cooperate with GBS team and guide GBS team with clear planning direction in difficult cases. 与 GBS 团队合作,在遇到复杂问题时明确指导 GBS 计划团队解决问题的方向
• Coordinate with other teams and provide supply chain support and suggestions.
• 与其他团队合作,提供供应链相关的支持与建议
• 指导天津和 GBS 计划团队在库存建立活动或项目进入实施阶段时进行计划操作。
• Coordinate with BJRA and other departments for all inventory building up activities 与北京 RA 和其他相关部门合作提供所有需要建立库存活动的业务支持
• 领导计划团队内部改进活动或项目
• Provide planning concept training and support to lift whole team's competence to meet business needs. 提供计划业务培训,协助提升团队整体业务能力,以满足业务需要。
• Act as Capacity Partner, and improve capacity analysis process 产能分析伙伴,持续推进产能分析流程

• Supply chain Master data steward, 供应链主数据专家 , 为相关部门提供协助与培训
• Dashboard development and management to simplify data and business analysis 报表自动化开发与管理,简化数据和业务分析流程
• Short term and long term warehouse utilization analysis 短期及长期仓库库容分析
• 带领解决库容临时危机及一般问题的解决方案,并致力于流程优化

Qualifications

• 4-yr (BS) Degree or above in Pharmaceutical, economics, business or related field 制药、经济、商务等相关专业 4 年本科学士学位或以上学历
• Fluent in written and spoken English

良好的英语书写和沟通能力

• Minimum 7 years of experience in logistics, engineer, and/or business support or working in a similar position. 至少 7 年物流、工程、商务支持或相关岗位工作经验。
• Previous experience in international pharmaceuticals company is preferable. 具有国际性制药公司的工作经验。
