Job Description

• Participate in business data collection and analysis, generate business performance reports
• Participate in the preparation of tender responses
• Participate in Tender Bidding, Project Management, Business Planning and Operation as required.
• Participate in the preparation and provision of high quality generic product, services, regulatory and strategy presentations for seminars, conferences and trade shows
• Participate in resources assignment and demand forecast, generate resources usage reports and assist in resources planning and acquisition
• Take role as Senior Officer to assist Project Manager or Service Manager in project implementation or service provision, including site and task coordination, quality and safety management, documentation and reporting.
• Handle ad-hoc projects as required

Job Requirements

• Associate Degree/High Diploma or above in Business. Logistics, Computer, Engineering or related disciplines
• Minimum 3 years' relevant experience, candidate with less experience may be considered for the post of Business and Project Officer
• Experience in preparing business performance reports, data crunching … etc is required
• Knowledge in ICT solution and products is an advantage
• Good command in data analytic tools such as excel, knowledge of macro and VBA programming is an advantage
• Good project management skill and communication skill
• Good command in spoken and written English and Chinese Fluent in Putonghua is an advantage
• Excellent teamwork skills, hardworking, self-motivated and able to work under pressure
