Senior Security Manager / Security Manager

Job Responsibilities :

1. Supervise of the respective key accounts/ objects
2. Ensure all instructions and orders delivered on-site timely and correctly
3. Manning and monitoring respective security staff quality and disciplines
4. Co-ordinate staff recruitment and conduct staff interviews
5. Staff retention
6. Provide on-site training to staff
7. Attend on-site emergency and support
8. Routine on-site patrol and conduct surprise check
9. Report all incident or injury cases timely, prepare IR and take suitable actions
10. Attend regular client meetings for performance review
11. Daily operational complaint handling
12. Cross-check finalized monthly roster for invoicing
13. Handling of one-off or special event jobs
14. Attend potential client meetings, tender site briefing, and tender presentations
15. Logistics arrangement for new object, i.e. attend kick-off meetings
16. Logistics handling after contract expiration
17. Explore new business opportunities

Job Requirements :

• Valid QAS certificate and Security Personnel Permit
• With training experience to Operations team
• At least 5 years' administration support experience at Head Office
• Experience in supervising around 300 staffs
• Over 3 years driving experience with valid licence
