Senior Shipping Clerk

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• Monitor shipment schedule and assign carriers to meet delivery requirements
• Liaise with factory, carriers and freight forwarders to ensure timely shipment
• Handle full set of I/E shipping independently
• Coordinate with internal and external parties to ensure on time delivery.
• Data entry in our ERP system

Requirements:

• F.5 / DSE or above with Certificate in Supply Chain or related disciplines preferable
• Minimum 5 years of working experience in shipping, logistics or any related to procurement field
• Good command of spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
• Good at MS Office applications including Excel, Word, outlook, Tradelink and Oneport
• Able to work independently with good communication skills, well organized and willing to learn.
• Over 5 years relevant experiences in handling full set of shipping document
• Detail-minded, careful, good team player
• Self-motivated, independent, well-organized and with sense of responsible
• Immediate available is highly preferable
