Senior Shipping Officer / Senior Logistics Officer

Our client is a sizable multinational 3PL company with attractive benefits is urgently looking for the following positions :

Positions : Senior Shipping Officer / Senior Logistics Officer

Salary : $20,000-$26,000/Negotiable erience) Benefits : 5 days job, 9:00-5:30, 5 days job, attractive benefits Requirements :

• Degree holder is preferable, Diploma in Supply Chain Management, Shipping, Logistics 
• At least 5 yrs or abv relevant experience in trading, 3PL or shipping companies are highly preferable
• Gained experience in handling Import & Export documents & L/C
• Handle experience in overseas market is an advantage 
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Word & Excel (Pivot Table, Vlookup, etc) 
• Good spoken in English & Mandarin 
• Stable, Smart, Energetic & Presentable 
• Willing to travel (not frequent) 
• Immediate Available is an advantage 

Responsibilities :  

• To coordinate all round import & export operation
• Manage all around logistics planning and scheduling
• Manage inventory monitoring and controlling
• Handle other logistics and production related functions
• Oversee all shipping activities, keep updating shipment records and forwarding relevant information to other parties
• Resolve damages and discrepancies with shippers, vendors and other relevant parties
• Manage data entry, updates and filing regularly
• Handle all around ad-hoc assignments as requested operation in compliance with customers' requirement and achieve KPI
• Ensure proper coordination between Centre and different counterparts 
• To prepare all necessary documents, report and clerical support for DC operation
• To arrange the products incoming / order picking / truck loading
• Perform any assigned job by the Distribution Centre Manager
