Server-side R&D Architect

Responsibilities

1. Responsible for/participate in the overall architecture and design of medium and large complex systems, including but not limited to: API factory, developer center, service provider platform, application market and other business systems 2. According to business characteristics and industry best practices, design system architecture and business architecture that meet the business needs of multiple market open platforms and have scalability 3. Undertake team stability construction work, including logistics global multi-computer room scheduling, stability management, asset loss prevention and control, disaster recovery and downgrade, etc. 4. Have a deep understanding of the business, be strongly technology-driven, be able to deeply explore business pain points, research industry solutions, output medium- and long-term technical plans, and not be afraid of difficulties to promote implementation and get results 5. Guide engineers at all levels, set and achieve team goals, lead the team, and continuously deliver high-quality results.

Qualifications

1. Proficient coding skills, proficient in at least one programming language such as Java/Golang/C++ 2. Familiar with commonly used middleware, such as message queues, caches, scheduled tasks, etc., and understand the basic principles of middleware 3. Have led the construction and architecture design of medium and large complex business systems, and have high concurrency and high availability design experience 4. Have the experience of actually leading the team to get excellent results, and have mature insights in team management 5. Have a good technical sense and architectural ability, and have a good ability to define, analyze, and solve problems in the face of complex problems 6. Those with open platform business and technical architecture experience are preferred.
