Job Description - Shipping Clerk

Responsibilities


  • Coordinate with sales team, customers, warehouse team, 3PL to ensure shipping orders are fulfilled on schedule

  • Laise with oversea factories to ensure orders and shipments are arranged in timely manner

  • Handle full set of I/E shipping documents including goods receiving, customs declaration

  • keep informing the up-to-date order status to relevant parties

  • Arrange local delivery

  • Provide clerical support such as data input and filing

  • Assist in logistic operations including warehouse stock taking

  • Preparing order and shipment reports to supervisor

Requirements


  • DSE / Form 5 or above

  • At least 5 years related experience

  • Initiative, mature, responsible and a teamwork player can work under pressure

  • Good knowledge in SAP

  • Good command of spoken and written English, Cantonese 

  • Good knowledge of PC, e.g. MS Word, Excel, office

  • Immediate available is highly preferred
