Job Description - Shipping Clerk

Responsibilities


  • Responsible for I/E Document, invoice, packing list

  • Data input and general clerical support to Shipping Department

  • Monitor shipment status and order follow up

  • Other ad-hoc tasks designated by the supervisor

Requirements


  • DSE / Form 5 or above

  • Minimum 2 years logistics, shipping or supply chain related working experience

  • Good analytical and numerical skill

  • Good interpersonal and communication skills in English, Cantonese and Mandarin (both spoken and written inclusive)

  • Good in MS Office, such as MS Excel, MS Outlook
