We are currently seeking a passionate and driven individual to join our team as an HR and Immigration Consultant.

Job responsibilities:

• Responsible for shipment operations & preparing full set of shipping documentation, such as L/C banking documents and bills of lading etc.
• Responsible for filing to respective departments including TradeLink, Census & Statistics Department etc.
• Clerical support to the team and file management
• Support on ad hoc assignment such as annual stock take

Requirements:

• Diploma or high school graduate
• At least 1 year logistic related working experience is preferred
• Strong sense of responsibility, independent, self-motivated and able to work under pressure
• Organized, accurate and detail-oriented
• Proficiency in MS Office
• Immediate available is preferred
