Shipping Supervisor / Senior Shipping Coordinator

Our client is a European food trading company with a history of 90 years. Due to business expansion, they are seeking for a Shipping Supervisor / Senior Shipping Executive responsible to oversee a small team to arrange shipments, handle import and export shipping documents and coordinate with headquarter & external parties.

• Salary HK$20,000-25,000 per month
• 5 days work-week
• Bank holiday, 14 days annual leave, double pay, medical & dental insurance

The job and its requirements:

• Oversee a few subordinates on coordination of shipment 
• Schedule, arrange and track shipments
• Independently handle import and export shipping documents, verify records on incoming and outgoing shipments
• Communicate closely with overseas offices and external parties
• Form 7 or diploma in logistics management or related discipline
• At least 5 years shipping or logistics experience preferably in food industry 
• Good spoken & written English and Chinese 
• Attention to detail, well-organised, team player, independent and responsible
• Knowledge of MS Excel & Word
