Supply Chain Officer

Responsibilities

 

• Responsible for inventory planning and control in terms of stock level and delivery scheduling
• Demand and Supply Planning
• Inventory allocation and stock transfer
• Perform order management (both purchase orders and sales orders)
• Handle vendors’ and internal & external customers’ enquiries on logistics issues
• Manage inventory cycle count with 3PLs
• Reports preparation
• Handle and assist ad hoc project and duties as assigned by management

 

Requirements:  

 

• Diploma / Degree
• At least 1 years with relevant experience in supply chain management
• Familiar on using Excel for analysis and reporting
• Hands-on knowledge in ERP, Oracle is preferred
• Work smart, self-motivated, reliable and independent
• Willingness to learn new subjects from time to time
• Good communication skills in Cantonese, English and Mandarin
• Willing to travel China for stocktake (2 times per year)
• Immediate available would be an advantage
