Supply Chain Risk Control Manager- Intelligent Hardware

Responsibilities

Supply chain risk control is deeply involved in supply chain global data center hardware, cutting-edge technology, intelligent hardware products, global logistics, warehousing management and other businesses through pre-event, ongoing and post-event management and control. Manage and control full-process business and compliance risks to improve business efficiency and risk prevention capabilities. 1. From a macro perspective, build a supply chain risk management and control system, identify and fill gaps based on the current business status, conduct multi-dimensional analysis and monitoring of supply chain risks, formulate and optimize business processes, cooperate with the platform's production and research team, optimize system capabilities, and improve Business efficiency, improve risk prevention capabilities 2. Responsible for risk assessment of existing business and new business scenarios in the supply chain, process formulation and execution monitoring and support, and collaborative completion of the entire process implementation of demand management, resource planning, procurement fulfillment, logistics and warehousing, etc. Management and control work 3. Responsible for department audits, analyze daily business documents and data, perform self-examination and audit work, conduct in-depth investigations into high expenditures, high risks and abnormal phenomena in the business, output results and supervise rectification coordinate internal audits and external audits Audit work 4. Responsible for providing compliance consulting for supply chain business decisions, daily department operation support, internal cross-team coordination, etc.

Qualifications

1. Bachelor degree or above, understanding of supply chain business, familiar with data center hardware and intelligent hardware related categories 2. 3 years experience Applicants with auditing and compliance work experience in the above supply chain fields, or rich experience in category procurement sourcing, delivery work, or consulting company internal control consulting will be given priority 3. Have curiosity about the business, and have a strong sense of risk management and control. Data sensitivity, with certain understanding and experience in process construction 4. Have excellent organizational and coordination skills, communication skills and rapid learning ability 5. Be good at summarizing and have good logical judgment ability 6.
