Our client is a set of independent third-party companies focused on the expert authentication, grading and conservation of collectibles, they are seeking a Trade Show Coordinator to join them.


Responsibilities:

  • Assist with trade show registrations, travel, marketing supplies, equipment, and signage.
  • Managing inventory of marketing collateral and trade show properties.
  • Collaborate with marketing on trade show campaigns including communication and promotions.
  • Provide logistical support and assist with ordering show services, shipping preparation, processing invoices for payment, and maintenance of the master trade show calendar.
  • Assist with managing on-site booth logistics, team schedule and customer expectation

 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree with minimum 1-3 years of demonstrable relevant work experience
  • Marketing qualification would be an advantage
  • Fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin (both reading and writing)
  • PC-literate and proficient in Microsoft Office; knowledge of Mac would be desirable
  • Demonstrates very strong interpersonal, presentation and client service skills
  • Ability to proactively anticipate hurdles and propose solutions
  • Detail oriented multi-tasker who is able to prioritize workload and time effectively
  • Knowledge of and passion for fine and decorative arts, furniture, and luxury items would be preferred
