Trainee, Operation Future Leader Program

The Operation Future Leader Program will be a 2-year long program. It aims at developing young talents of high caliber as future leaders of DSV Solutions. The program embarks the candidate on a journey specially designed to give you the skills and international experience they need to build a career in Logistics.

The program will be:

• 2-year long Trainee program
• Involve internal job rotations & overseas assignment
• Well-rounded on-the-job training and theoretical training 
• Practical projects to apply all that is learnt in real situations and start having an impact
• Supported by a mentor to further help them navigate in DSV and their future career

 

What we expect from the participant:

• A genuine interest in developing a career in Logistics and integrating the latest innovation and learning in their work
• Graduated from a Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Logistics / Operations / Engineering / Manufacturing / Production / Supply Chain in the last 2 years
• Fresh graduates preferred, or some work experience preferred in the logistic industry less than 1 year.
• Internationally minded and willing to travel for short and long-time durations
• Interested in working in a fast-paced environment, where being proactive is key
• Excellent communications skills and a gift for problem solving
• Ability to work across the organization and engage with different stakeholders
• Ability to communicate effortlessly in English
• Analytical and able to think out of the box
