Trainer (Driving Coaching)

This position is suitable for a highly motivated individual who has the aspiration to develop long term career in a prosperous industry.

Duties :

• Develop drivers’ training materials which suit the needs of the Company and the requirements of the industry
• Create assessment metrics to conduct driving assessment
• Based upon the training materials, conduct training and briefing to the Company drivers and other staff members
• Get access to updated regulations / policies and deliver the prompt message to the drivers and the Company
• Assist in organizing safe driving seminars and events
• Assist the Logistics Manager to align driving training strategies and accomplish assigned duties

Requirements :

• Post secondary education or above with related training
• At least 2 years’ relevant working experience
• Holder of driving licence for commercial vehicle preferred
• Being self-motivated with problem-solving capability and analytical mind
• Being proactive and pleasant with outgoing personality and strong sense of responsibility
• A good team player with good communication
• Good computer skills
• Ability to work independently and under pressure
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
