Warehouse Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Assist to manage daily warehouse activities such as dispatching, receiving, sorting, distribution, labelling, packaging and inventory control, etc.
• Monitor the warehouse operation procedures are properly followed
• Maintain accurate daily stock in/out record
• Analyze potential areas and develop continuous improvement plan by achieving smooth daily operations and enhancing productivity
• Provide the appropriate training to the teammate with clear direction
• Prepare regular timely monthly reports submission
• Ensure the warehouse in good hygiene environment with achieving the standard of health & safety
• Handle other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Superior

The Person Diploma holder of warehouse/logistics operations management

• 5 years working experience of dry and cold storage warehouse in food industry
• Holder of forklift license is a must
• Be familiar with using WMS/SAP/ERP system
• Good communication, people management and time management skills
• Responsible and willing to work under pressure
• Work overtime if job required
• Knowledge of Excel application, Chinese word processing & email usage
• Good verbal and writing skills of English and Chinese
